Life at Eidra

Inspired by change

Our context is ever-changing, dynamic and challenging. We constantly challenge each other to be better, in our joint commitment to create great change.

Focused on impact

Guided by a shared purpose, we count on each other to show initiative and drive each other forward towards great results. Amid ever-changing complexity, each of us can start a chain reaction, building from individual action into exponential impact.

The foundation on which we build our work culture

Solution-oriented and value-driven

To always be solution oriented and having focus on how to create real value and impact, is a reminder of prioritizing wisely and not do things just to check them off the to-do list. Letting this guide us, will make us stay relevant to our clients. It’s also a way of impacting our work environment and culture. Defining problems is the easy part, finding the right solutions require proactiveness.

Positive and service- minded attitude

Always keeping a positive attitude and being service minded towards all contacts is all about how we deliver. While craftmanship can be copied, being the nicest, funniest and most smooth people to work with will help us stand out and be remembered. Nice works.

Committed and focused on client satisfaction

Always being committed to what we do and to customer satisfaction, is a way of emphasizing the importance of walking the talk. This builds trust. It is a crucial aspect to why clients and colleagues are choosing to work with Eidra, again and again.

Team player — always putting my colleagues first

We always put our colleagues before ourselves. By being helpful and inclusive, we foster a less stressful work environment. The collective competence of Eidra is our greatest asset. While individual efforts may enable us to move quickly, true impact is achieved when we work together as a team.

Professional company representative

Always being an ambassador for Eidra, in all interactions at work and outside of work, serves as a reminder of the full range of responsibility that comes with being an employee. For example, we never trash talk the company, our colleagues, our clients or competitors. We’re always on time and well prepared. At conferences we represent 24/7.

And on Friday you might be presenting the results of a recent campaign to a C-level executive, demonstrating how your optimizations have improved their ROI.

About you

We are looking for individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. If we have to express it in bullets, we expect:

  • You have extensive expertise (6+ years) in working with paid media, are able to advise clients on tactics but also get your hands dirty by doing the actual implementation.
