Words from our CEO – Annual report 2025
We are now closing our sixth year in business. A year of great uncertainty for the world, businesses, and brands. Trade tariffs, geopolitical and economic ambiguity, and other factors created significant challenges for both our clients and Eidra. We weathered the storm by staying focused on our mission: helping clients navigate change with clear direction and strong execution.
We also continued to benefit from our diverse portfolio of services, where our Brand & Marketing and Product & Tech services, empowered by our consulting practice, showed particular strength. Another area of growth was helping our clients drive AI transformation, orchestrated by our Commerce & AI practice. And while many of our European clients were affected by tariffs, our US clients continued to invest in our services.
Eidra itself also underwent significant changes. At the beginning of the year, we merged Curamando's business consultants with Cupole Consulting to become Eidra Consulting, combining management consulting with the full breadth of Eidra's capabilities. During the year, we also merged our brand consultancy Kurppa Hosk with its sister company Kurppa Hosk Communications, to provide our clients integrated brand and communications services.
Thanks to our agile and adaptable culture along with our full suite of consulting capabilities, we are extremely well positioned to drive AI transformation both internally, and for our clients.
We also maintained an active M&A agenda. In May, tech company Fröjd joined our Swedish practice during a time of exceptional demand for Tech & Product services. Our Norwegian practice joined forces with Perceptor, bringing even more advisory capabilities and data-driven insights to our clients. In June, we merged with consulting company elaboratum, with offices in Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, and Zurich, marking our entry into the DACH region. In the Netherlands, we welcomed Essense, strengthening our Innovation & Experience capabilities.
During the year, we also opened new regional head offices in Amsterdam and Oslo, moved into new offices in New York and London, and expanded our Chicago office.
Regarding clients, we continued to serve one of the leading global foodservice retailers and some of the world's most renowned automotive brands. We significantly grew our footprint in the video game and fashion industries. But above all, the software and AI industry was the most significant driver of new business, and we are now serving a majority of the "Magnificent Seven," as well as some of the world's most interesting start-ups and scale-ups in the sector.
Another significant event was the inaugural Eidra Executive Summit at our Stockholm global head office, gathering 200 client executives for panels and conversations on global business, geopolitics, sustainability, education, technology, and beyond, all moderated by CNN's Richard Quest.
Financially, net revenue grew to SEK 1,868 million, up 2.4% year-on-year (4.9% at constant exchange rates). The year's growth was driven in large part by strong demand for AI-related services and continued momentum in our US business.
In every sense, an eventful year. We are very proud of the trust our clients place in us, the results it delivers, and the energy, optimism, and agility our team has shown in these times of uncertainty. All of this has also contributed to a promising start of 2026.
Nice works.
