2025 marked Eidra's sixth year in business. Despite a year of geopolitical and economic uncertainty, the group continued to grow, reaching net revenue of SEK 1,868 million, with organic growth of 4.9% at constant exchange rates. Eidra ended the year with close to 1,300 employees across nine countries.
The year was defined by international expansion. Eidra welcomed Perceptor, Fröjd, and Essense to the collective, and entered the DACH region through the acquisition of elaboratum. New regional head offices opened in Amsterdam and Oslo, alongside expanded operations in New York, London, and Chicago.
Thanks to our agile and adaptable culture along with our full suite of consulting capabilities, we are extremely well positioned to drive AI transformation both internally, and for our clients.
Mattias Olofsson, Group CEO
The report also highlights Eidra's client work across industries including IT and technology, automotive, retail, and hospitality, with the group now serving 930 clients globally, including a majority of the "Magnificent Seven" technology companies. In May 2026, Eidra held its second annual EICON event on a regional basis, reflecting the group's growth to nearly 1,300 employees.
Looking ahead, Eidra continues to focus on organic growth and further expansion across Europe and North America, building on the strategic blueprint set out for 2025–2028.
